Its Refining & Marketing segment involves in refining and marketing of petroleum products.

The company also produces petrochemical products, such as olefins and aromatics, basic intermediate products, polyethylene, polystyrenes, and elastomers, as well as has 102 retail fuel stations located in Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary.

In addition, it involve in the offshore construction, including fixed platform installation, subsea pipe laying, and floating production systems, and onshore construction, as well as provides offshore and onshore drilling services, and engineering and project management services to the oil and gas, refining, and petrochemical industries.

The company was founded in 1953 and is headquartered in Rome, Italy.
